What makes the Acai Berry the #1 super food in the world?

Here is something you dont hear often " The Acai Berry is the #1 Super Food in the World !"

I have never heard of a food being called "super food" until I started using acai berries as part of my diet.

There are many meanings to the term "super food," but I will put down the most basic and understandable definition.

Super food - a food considered especially nutritious or otherwise beneficial to health and well-being

The acai berry is also called a "super fruit." I dont know how these terms came to be, but the acai berries do taste super.

The Acai berry is considered to be the #1 super food because it has the highest concentration of antioxidants of any known food in the world. Acai berries have high concentrations of fiber, iron, amino acids, and healthy omega fatty acids which are very important to our diets, and acai berries have the highest concentrations of all other fruits and foods. Which why it is considered a super food/fruit.

Now that sounds like the kind of stuff I would love to add to my diet plan.
